Welcome!

If you're reading this, there's a good chance that it's because you are enrolled in the Humanities Center seminar on pain at the University of Hartford for 2008-09. At the time I'm writing this, it's still a few days before our first class meeting on September 9, but I'll be adding information to this blog throughout the week.

I have to say that I'm really excited about this class. I love what we're going to be reading and watching, and I think it really will be possible to have fun with what we're doing this semester. I know I'm going to enjoy it, and I hope everyone else does, too.
